We really love this Pinot. The style of this wine is one we continue to slowly modify, adding more or less whole bunch ferment to the wine, depending on the vintage. Whole bunch ferment brings fragrance and a campari/savoury aspect to the wine. In just the right amounts it makes the wine so much more complex and interesting. The wine is fresh and vibrant and delivers a long silky palate with good weight and crunchy acidity. A great drink now, or cellar over the next 10 years. Another one of our best!" Winemaker note
