The Story
This is a single vineyard win e; Adelaide Hills sourced from very low yielding vines (400g/vine) grown at 580m altitude.
"Saline, nutty and sake-like, yeasty, some white fleshed fruit under that, plus a handful of white flowers. It’s all hazelnut and saline things, fine cool acidity, some creaminess with it, some Japanese ginger, and a long finish. Does it’s own thing, but does it well. Perhaps not for everyone, but it grew on me, and convinced me as I spent more time with it.” 94pts - Gary Walsh - WineFront
