In early 2014 Greystone began the conversion from conventional to organic viticulture and obtained full certification in late 2016. From vintage 2017, Greystone Wines are 100% certified organic. Greystone manages its 40-hectare vineyard organically, vinifies naturally – with very minimal intervention - and bottled on site.
