The La Violetta wines offer power and precision, and drinkability in spades. Grapes are sourced from established vineyard s from around the Great Southern region, and winemaker Andrew Hoadley plays a big pa rt in overseeing the management of the vines, ensuring vine health and optimum ripeness. Andrew is also chief winemaker at Castelli Estate.
Sourced from three great shiraz sites in the “spice belt” south of Mt Barker, the 2015 release shows exceptional aromatic intensity, elegance and balance.
