The Story
Onannon is a partnership of 3 gun winemakers - Sam Middleton, Kaspar Hermann and Will Byron. They formed a friends hip whilst working working at various Yarra Valley wineries.
Sam is of course the winemaker at family operation Mount Mary. Kaspar has worked at Coldstream Hills, Diamond Valley and Seville estate, whilst Will has worked just about everywhere (Coldstream, Maude in Otago, Stonier, Brokenwodd and various Burgundy producers. It short a lifetime of diversity and experience here!
